What is a Massage Bar?

Use directly on dry achy area and let the oils soak in and beads help sooth achy muscles.

For longevity of your magnesium massage bar a recommendation is to store these bars in an airtight container/bag when not in use. The mango butter as rich in hydration when added to magnesium salt can dry out fastest when exposed to air for long periods of time. Which doesn’t ruin the integrity of the product. You just may experience pieces beginning to flake off.

Another optional tip is to place your bar in the fridge for approximately 5mins. This providing a cooling experience as you massage in those sore areas, while slowing down the bar warming up to fast in your hands. Using a carrier oil or even essential oil of choice allows for the bar to slide even more smoothly.
