What is Jesmonite…?

A material that is completely non-toxic & Eco-Friendly.

Jesmonite combines the best of both worlds. It's an acrylic resin that's as strong as concrete, yet has a fine and incredibly smooth texture.

Each piece is hand finished, cast, sanded and sealed/painted with great attention to detail. This process can lead to color deviations and small air pockets in the product, which should not be seen as a defect but rather as a sign that you are holding a genuine handcrafted piece in your hand! So no two pieces are the same but are Perfectly Imperfect Creations!

The decorative arch propagation stations, candle holders, tea light holders, statues, trays, etc. are made of Jesmonite, a robust and at the same time environmentally friendly material, which can be compared to concrete in terms of its robustness and ceramics in terms of its elegance.

Again all products have been slightly sanded and sealed. Making them heat resistant and weatherproof and can be easily cleaned with a damp cloth. In my opinion they should not be put in the dishwasher or exposed to strong weather.

If you manage to scuff a piece, I have found much success with using a dry magic eraser to remove any imperfections.

Products could chip and/or break if dropped. Also if you piece is bumped with another hard object this potentially could create minor chips along edges. Most chips can easily be buffed out with a soft 120 grit sandpaper.

DESIGN DESCRIPTIONS:

SCANDI or Scandinavian style offers, clean, metal minimalism, and a lack of clutter with functionality. Typical color palette, white gray, blue, black and cream. All neutral color tone trademarks creating more flexibility.

ART DECO: is by design, sleek geometric and offers stylized forms by the use of man-made materials.
